Thank you for your review Karen, I am sorry that you were not happy with the apartment and take on board some of your comments. You did only book the apartment a few hours before arriving and arrived late at night which we do not normally offer. The apartment is not advertised as having Wifi so I am not sure why this was an issue for you. Some of your other comments are also concerning as having checked the apartment and having another guest in after you with no issues I am not sure where they have come from. The apartment is secure the issue with the door locks were due to you not engaging the lock by lifting the handle (as with 90% of front doors). There were no curtain or doors hanging off anywhere, you had managed to pull a cupboard door off in the kitchen not sure how you managed that. The apartment was not advised as having an iron and ironing board but upon your request we provided these for you. At no point during your numerous calls to me about the front door (your error in not lifting handle) did you mention anything else about the apartment such as the luke warm water as if you had I would have assured that someone came to have a look at the boiler as I did when you thought there was an issue with the door. Upon inspection of the sofa there were some crumbs under the cushions this issue was taken up with the cleaners. The apartment is due to be decorated over the coming months to freshen it up.
