John's place is comfortable enough for two (which is what I did) but can easily accommodate up to four. The casita offers a loft with a bed and a futon on the ground floor. There are plenty of outlets for charging electronics on both the ground floor and in the loft. Lamps and th…

Dug the casita, liked the neighborhood, stayed for a week. A bit of a bug issue. John is a very friendly dude, and a pleasure to chat with about ABQ.

If you want a clean place and better more relaxing conditions this is not the place. It was sad to have to stay when this place had roachea and spiders. Not good at all;/ he was nice, but I could have paid for better conditions.

Response from John:
Viviana and I discussed roaches and spiders the day she moved in as our prior guest had stayed for a month and had no problems. We sprayed the casita and took extra measures to address the problems and came back in again during her stay to treat any problems. She and her husband did not communicate to us they had a problem after we had treated the space twice. As she had a new baby and stayed there for two weeks it seems this was the kind of issue where we would have allowed her to cancel her stay at any time to take her baby to another location.

I was only there to sleep but I slept great. Was upgraded from the bungalow to the 2br house at no extra cost. Noice!

Great little tiny house, within walking distance of the river. Peaceful, secure parking. Friendly host. Met a nice couple that stayed in the main house. My dogs loved it. Perfect and cozy getaway.
