Enjoy the quieter end of Oak Street in the heart of Portland's Arts District. This studio is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Walk to just about everything!

The space
For your comfort I provide linens, extra pillows, cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Blackout shades and a white noise machine will ensure a peaceful sleep in the city.

A well-appointed kitchen with full size appliances, a Keurig coffee machine and plenty of cookware will make you feel at home and able to eat in if you choose.

Two large closets are provided for your items. Complementary parking for one car is available in the nearby parking lot.

The Arts District is the best place to stay in all of Portland! Walk anywhere on the peninsula or just step out your door and find yourself in the middle of the finest galleries, live music and dining Portland has to offer.
Just a few blocks from the waterfront, this section of Congress Street is lined with art galleries, antique shops, and artist studios as well as the Portland Museum of Art, the Institute of Contemporary Art at MECA, the Center for Cultural Exchange, the State Theater, the Portland Stage Company, the Center for Maine History and more.
