The space

The 1963 Clark Cortez (first year) is generally known as the most well-designed RV ever. It's short 18.5 foot length makes it even more miraculous that hit has a stand up shower, double coat length closet with mirrors, and 2 full beds, in all steel construction. A Bose Premium Sound comes with space as well as an outdoor, and indoor refrigerator. RV can be sectioned off from main cabin via a cool piano hinge door. While a person in bathroom or accessing the closet privately, this section can be closed off to get ready and access the large mirrors in the bathroom and that make up the large closet doors. The desk flips up and the leftover seats combine and an equal size bed as pictured is cantilevered under the top bunk. This will sleep four comfortably, two on each bunk. Micro-zen spot to incubate, assess, and turn down the noise a some. Possibly the world's best reading nook; an industrial age depressurized getaway for a curated local experience in the HEART of Austin's east downtown tech startup/restaurant/graffiti art district. Our BEST rated restaurants are in walking distance, and Location is - Manhattan.

This was a great place to stay in a fun part of town. Dawnette was great about communication throughout our stay, and the breakfast tacos were awesome! The place was dog friendly, and Austin in general is a fantastic city for dog-friendly activities. Definitely worth the value!

James’s place was a great pick. My boyfriend stayed here for a night and he kept on going on and on about how cool this place was. Everything was well maintained and the location was convenient. Overall an awesome place! :)

Bathroom on trailer doesn’t work, it’s in the common house area instead. Our stay was somewhat comfortable, I enjoyed it because of dawnette. Other than that, the trailer felt a little dirty and cramped.

I typically spend my time running a real estate company, a charitable skateboard/clothing & accessory company, and the creative space here - DwellStronger. Also, being in a band that played every stage in Austin, more than once, I have a unique perspective on business and culture…
