Welcome to Good Night Irene's your home away from home in the great Pacific Northwest, home the The Cape Flattery trail, the northwestern most point in the continental United States! Enjoy sitting across from the bay looking out to the Straits of Juan De Fuca in one of the oldest homes in the village of Neah Bay. Built in 1936, this cozy house has sheltered our family for generations and now we invite you to shelter in it after your long journey to our beautiful beginning of the Earth.

The space

Our house has two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with two full sized beds and one bathroom, dinning room, well stocked kitchen to cook a Thanksgiving dinner, all linens are included in our home. If you find there is something you need but can't find, just ask! Most of our guests stop in Port Angeles to stock up before coming out, but the General Store is just a block away if you do forget something. Everyone is family!

Guest access

Guest will have use of the entire house, patio with lawn furniture and yard. We also offer a BBQ and for the fisher folks a place to clean fish.

Interaction with guests

We are happy to answer any questions or help with whatever is needed. Our house is your house.

Other things to note

We are located on the main street in town. We live next door, so are always happy to help you plan your trip. There is a lot to do in our little village! Hiking the Cape, stepping back in time in our magical museum or just walking for hours on the beaches will leave you feeling rested and recharged. We are a fishing village, so welcome fishing groups and have an area out back for cleaning and may even offer to kipper some of it for you!

Neah Bay is an unbelievable place. ...Though I ' not a "fishing" person it was sooo interesting to get the atmosphere of a end- of -the- season -place with a lot of history. Karen was a great host and interesting to talk to about the special tourist industry up there. Had the place for myself and loved the space and tranquility. The possibilities to shop are actually better than Karen is indicating in her description. The citchen is stocked well anyway. The museum and beach hikes are awesome!!! A pearl on the peninsula!

We are so fortunate to find such a cozy place to stay at the farther NW corner of US. Spacial rooms, fully equipped and tasteful displays all add to our unforgettable experience here. Landlord Karen told us where to buy fresh catch Salmon and one ten pound fresh Salmon feed four of us for three meals. It was a real pleasure!
