Everything was as described. Euphy is a great host-she explained to me everything that I needed to know and she was very kind.

I have stayed at Euphy's place for 1 night and it has been great that we could place luggages to the acommodation before check-in (I have asked Euphy if it is possible and she replied me within a minute !!!). The flat is near subway station and to get to city center takes around 15 minutes. Value for money - recommend.

Small little apartment. We booked it on short notice and Euphy was quick to respond and was helpful with check in. Apartment/room was quite warm. Other than that it was convenient stay and location for us.

As a solo female traveler I felt fine staying alone in this airbnb. The door to the bedroom had it's own lock and key so I could keep my stuff in it without feeling insecure about whether other guests were snooping through my things. It was a short enough walk to the Orange Line that wasn't a long journey to downtown Boston. It also was in an enough residential area that I never felt unsafe when walking back at night. The host was very quick to respond to any messages I sent. Just be aware that there are other rooms in this apartment that can be booked through airbnb so it's kind of a roll of the dice whether or not there are other guests who can clean up after themselves, especially in the bathroom. The host told me they cleaned the bathroom every day so I just had to make sure I was getting in there before the more messier guests got there. But of course this is no fault of the host! Had a great time in Boston and would recommend this AirBnB to those ballin' on a budget.

Euphy is easy to communicate with, place was minimal but clean with an awesome kitchen and kitchenware. A bit of a hike from downtown but close to the T and a bike ride to anywhere!
