In the beginning, the idea for The Robin's Nest was to simply build a shop. But being in the design/build business, we wanted to make it a beautiful shop, built in the traditional post and beam fashion characteristic of the 1930's National Parks lodges. As it turned out, it evolved into something more wonderful than a shop. It evolved into a lovely place for a family or a couple or two.
