Upon arrival I was greeted by an immaculate condo with lovely but comfortable decor.

Captiva is a great place. Condo is very nice and well appointed. However, 0.36 miles (checked with my Garmin) is not “steps to the beach”. A very inaccurate description of the location; would not have stayed here had we understood how far the condo was from the beach.

Palmer’s place is the perfect little piece of paradise! The location on Captiva is perfect for the close to home getaway with a tropical feel. The bicycles that are including in the rental are highly recommended, a must to really expierience the local atmosphere!
