Location near WKU is perfect. The building is super clean, with a cool historic feel. Our unit had everything we needed for our home away from home. The parking situation and check-in process are really easy to handle. Jamie goes out of her way to provide local tips for food and entertainment. Compared to the hotel we've stayed at, this was a great value.

Everything as described and extremely clean! Jamie left plenty of info about things to do in the area as well. Check out the White Squirrel Brewery while in town!

Decided at the last minute to see the 2017 eclipse in totality, when there wasn't a single room to be found anywhere in the region. Jamie went way out of her way to accommodate me. The apartment was so cute, very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Great location. All that for half the going rate being charged by local hotels/motels. There was even an eclipse-themed gift basket waiting in the apartment. Very clever. Jamie was an amazing host. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely contact Jamie again when traveling to Bowling Green.

SoDō District User Profile

The SoDō District is an area of downtown Bowling Green comprised of multiple buildings, both old and new. Several of the older buildings hold historical significance to the area. Armory Lofts, the newest member of SoDō was not only the first true loft spaces available as residences in Bowling Green—but they were also constructed in the Drill Hall section of the old Bowling Green Armory, which has been designated a local landmark. Characterized by modern industrial styled spaces and panoramic views of local landmarks, the loft units and public areas prominently feature the building’s rugged architectural support structure. There is no substitute for materials which have aged the better part of a century. The patina of the old Drill Hall’s architectural elements such as exposed masonry, concrete, wooden flooring, steel beams, and girded rafters create visual interest as well as a warm, hip, urban environment.

*SoDō District will have 40,000 sq.ft.(+/-) of commercial and multi-purpose space, along with a community park, green space areas, bike friendly paths, and community courtyards. Conceived from a desire to breathe new life into downtown Bowling Green, the project will provide 100 (+/-) units of living space. For more information, please see SoDōbg's website.
