You won’t find a better fully renovated modern decor condominium in the heart of Patong’s Entertainment and Shopping district. 120 Square metre 2 bedroom " 1 king size and 1 double bed size" fully renovated luxury modern condominium with one bathroom, washing machine and dryer. Black granite benchs in the kitchen with chrome tile work, led colour effect lighting in the bedroom and lounge room. The Condominium has a fibre internet connection with wifi access to the whole condominium.
The condominium has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. It also includes glasses, plates, cutlery, kettle, and toaster, sandwiches maker, air frier, The condominium is furnished with modern furniture including a large leather sofa, coffee table breakfast bar with 4 barstools and 75 in Ultra Definition Samsung Start Tv with sound bar, x Box S with Game Pass Netflix, the main bedroom has a 55in Samsung Smart Tv with Netflix, flat panel TVs, Safety Box. 3 large super quiet new air conditioners to keep you comfortable. The kitchen has a filtered water tap for drinking water.

In the main bedroom there is a deck, lamp and office chair just in case you get bored holidaying and need to work.

Electricity is included so please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the Condo.

On the 8th floor is a rooftop swimming pool with views of Patong and the beach. # The swimming pool maybe under going resurfacing.
The building has security keycard access.
My condominium front door is secured by a state of the art code lock which will be programmed with unique code which will be valid only for your stay offering you peace of mind.

The front door also has 2 security cameras for additional security. We don’t provide CCTV footage to guest.
