This is an elegant and spacious suite (bedroom, bathroom and study). The study leads to a private patio. The suite can be accessed via the front door or by a private entrance. We provide a breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, scone, coffee or tea.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with Arts and Crafts furniture. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and the study has a built-in, cushioned sleeping bench which can accommodate one adult or two children. An Aerobed is available as well. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the study.
The suite can be accessed through the front door or by a private entrance in the rear of the house. (We discourage use of the private entrance at night because parts of the walkway are poorly lighted.)
Interaction with guests
This varies from guest to guest. We like to give an orientation to the house and are happy to make restaurant recommendations.
Other things to note
We serve a breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh-baked scones or muffins, and coffee or tea. (There is a French press and gourmet coffee in the study.)
3-night minimum reservation Middlebury College commencement weekend.
We ask guests to remove their shoes in the foyer before going to their room. No pets or smoking, please.
