Luxurious holiday home located in a quiet part of town with views over the golf course. Sleeps up to 8 and equipped to the highest standards. Features include; under-floor heating, open plan kitchen and dining area, which opens out onto a 100ft landscaped garden. Three double bedrooms including an enormous master attic room with luxury en-suite, freestanding bath, shower and separate w.c and basin. Private parking.

The space
The beautifully landscaped garden is nearly 100ft long and features two separate seating areas (dining and outdoor sofas). This magnificent home is situated directly next to the golf course and is less than a 5 minute walk to everything that makes Whitstable special, including the beach, the shops and boutiques in Harbour Street and the restaurants.

The master attic bedroom is as gorgeous as enormous, with far stretching views over the golf course and views of the sea. This luxury en-suite bedroom includes a huge Hans Grohe Rainshower, free standing bath and a separate w.c and basin. a Smart TV is also provided so you can catch up with your favourite programmes whilst lounging in bed or relaxing in the bath - it's your choice!

In addition to the master attic bedroom, there are 2 further double bedrooms each with double beds and plenty of storage space. The double bedroom at the front of the house eludes quality and provides views of both the sea and golf course. The beautiful rear double bedroom has a luxurious, cosy feel and provides a private seating area with a large bay window providing beautiful views overlooking the landscaped garden and permeates lots of natural light into the room. There is a further twin bedroom with 2 single beds at the back of the house. There is the benefit of private parking at the rear of the property as well as street parking at the front of the house. This holiday home is ideal for families and friends (Please note that we do not accept stag or hen group bookings) and will provide a Whitstable getaway to remember.

Front bedroom with double bed and views overlooking Whitstable and Seasalter golf course. Back bedroom with double bed and seating area with large bay window providing views overlooking garden. (Please note this bedroom has a room divider which provides privacy from anyone outside but there are no curtains). Twin bedroom with 2 x single beds. Bathroom with w.c, bath, overhead shower and two basins.

Second Floor
Enormous, attic bedroom with double bed and luxury en-suite bathroom consisting of freestanding bath, separate shower, w.c and basin. Stunning views of Whitstable and Seasalter golf course, looking out towards the sea with partial sea views. Flat screen Smart TV and DVD player.
