Other things to note
Before you book please know:
-I have small friendly cat named George and he's a sweetie. Please don't book if you don't like friendly cats or have bad allergies!
-The bathroom in this apartment is very clean but the tub is old. Paint is chipping which is being replaced soon. Please be cool and don't leave a poor review for a paint chipped tub without reading this.
-I sometimes burn sandalwood incense. Apparently some people don't enjoy this beautiful smell which is unfortunate.
-I have a couch and futon available for 3rd/4th guest. The apartment is set up for 2 guests, however I like to be flexible and accommodate everyone. I'll even move the futon to the bedroom if you want to have a cuddle puddle.
- Quiet hours start around 10pm. Smoking is allowed on the porch, patio, and front of the apartment.
I'm 33 and have a B.S. in Plant, Soil, and Insect Science. In addition to Airnb, I run a non-profit focused on public education, plant medicines, and drug policy reform full time.
