Place was just as described by Brian and reviewed by previous guests. One thing I would add (which was not a problem for me) was that the smell in incense was high so just let it b e known if you are sensitive to smells then this my be an issue. It was not for us and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Brian's place is located in the north of downtown. It just takes a few minutes with Uber to get to the harbour, but it is also easy to walk downtown because it's close. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't that clean and there's no mirror in the room. You have to know that there's a cat, but she was cute. All in all it was quite ok to stay at this place.

Response from Brian:
Hi Britt, Thanks for your review. I’ve tried to make it as clear as possible in the write up that I have a cat. Also, apologies for the bathroom. This is an an older Baltimore townhouse and we’re in the middle of renovating the bathroom and installing a new tub.

Brian is excellent at communicating but the prize for greatest host goes to his cat, George. What a friendly kitty! Brian's place is lovely and very conveniently located. His plants definitely give his place a lot of character. I would stay at Brian's place again.

Brian was a gracious host providing a clean room and great downtown location near all the major sites and public transportation. There was space in the fridge for food storage and the rest of the kitchen was in good order.

We had a lovely, extended stay at Brian's place. The neighborhood feels very safe and walkable, and the bedroom is beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, two big windows, a few plants, two closets and a comfortable bed. All of Brian's plants added so much to the apartment, as did his very sweet cat, and it was really nice to be able to do laundry there!

Brian's place was perfectly located, walking distance to downtown and the harbor, but also close to Charles street which is filled with bars and restaurants, and only 15 min walk to mica and university of Baltimore. Brian was avaible whenever I needed to reach him, the apartment was well decorated and quiet, but he was also around to chat or give advice on the city if need be. Overall, a great host and a steal of a place for the price. The room was a good size with a desk, and comfortable bed. Would stay again!
