Other things to note

Before you book please know: -I have small friendly cat named George and he's a sweetie. Please don't book if you don't like friendly cats or have bad allergies! -The bathroom in this apartment is very clean but the tub is old. Paint is chipping which is being replaced soon. Please be cool and don't leave a poor review for a paint chipped tub without reading this. -I sometimes burn sandalwood incense. Apparently some people don't enjoy this beautiful smell which is unfortunate. -I have a couch and futon available for 3rd/4th guest. The apartment is set up for 2 guests, however I like to be flexible and accommodate everyone. I'll even move the futon to the bedroom if you want to have a cuddle puddle.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Brian’s place for two nights. I was attending a meeting at Hopkins Hospital and the location of his space was perfectly situated for a simple and short commute. I especially appreciated the charm of the apartment and the dedication to thoughtful greenery. The room I stayed in was comfortable and the apartment is shared with a friendly and handsome cat!

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. Good location (5-10 minutes walk to the harbour). Brian is a very cool guy who gave us lots of information about the local area and is very relaxed with having guests in his home. Would definitely recommend staying here

If you stay at Brian's house you are truly in for a treat! He is very good at conversation and his knowledge of plants is phenomenal. Honestly, I felt like I knew him for years that is how he came across to me. George the cat is awesome, he likes to come and say hello and that was awesome to me. The house was very clean and the room is nice. I have seen people write about the noise nearby but one must keep in mind that the house is right by St. Paul St. and it really wasn't bad at all. Need to get to the harbor? Good that's easy. To or from Penn Station? Covered. Really there are a whole host of places that are literally a single bus ride away.

Brian is a great guy. He was very friendly with us and he helped us with everything. The house has a really good atmosphere and was completely clean. It's located in a good neighborhood in city center. Few steps to Walters Museum (which is amazing) and few minutes to the main areas. George is a very friendly cat. No noise at all. Go to Brian's house with no doubt.

Brian's place is a great Airbnb! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by his beautiful plant collection and it really feels like an indoor greenhouse. The apt is located in a perfect location downtown near all kinds of restaurants and bars. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the house was quiet so I was able to sleep well. His cat george was super chill too. I flew out of BWI in the morning and the light rail is a brief walk away and less than $2. Brian helped me out with restaurant recommendations, directions for getting around town, and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an Airbnb.
