Welcome to my humble little 3rd floor apartment in my house in historic Old Hyde Park. Enjoy!

The space

Centered in Midtown Kansas City, my house is right in the middle of The Country Club Plaza, Westport entertainment district, Crossroads Art District, and Downtown Kansas City; all within a mile or two. The River Market is just a bit further passed Downtown.

My house is a 3 story house in Kansas City's historic Old Hyde Park neighborhood. The 3rd floor apartment enters the house through a side door and stairwell that's shared with the 2nd floor apartment, but then there is a private entrance going up from there. The apartment is quaint and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway or a place to stay after a weeknight concert downtown.

Guest access

Your 3rd floor apartment has its own bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and dining area.

The apt was as advertised. Clean and cute. The bed was comfortable. The chair looks like it folds out to make a twin size bed, but it does not open up and is too small to sleep on if you are over 4f 5"

Really loved this place, and for it's price, it's quite the steal! You really can't beat the location. We were able to drive a couple miles to Union Station and then use the free streetcar service to get to most places we wanted to go (such as the River Market and PNL). Only recommendation would be to bring some movies since there is just a DVD player (but thats also nothing a red box won't fix ;) ) Would definitely love to stay here again! :)

Place was as listed. All my questions were answered with prompt responses. Uber cost about $8 to get to power and light district. No complaints.

This was a nice little place! My friend and I stayed here for a get away weekend. It was a cute apartment. The space is a bit tight, but is comfortable. The couch is too small to sleep on though. We liked the space, it was an easy check in and we could come and go as we pleased. The host is very kind, showed us around, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was also very close to Westport, which was perfect for enjoying shops and nightlife. Great time! I would recommend this place.

Just a new traveler getting started with seeing the world. I had my first taste of international tourism in Autumn 2016 to Japan, and I'm ready for more!
