The Mandrem House is nestled in Mandrem, 400 meters from the famous Mandrem beach, one of the cleanest and secluded beaches of Goa. Our luxurious villa is peaceful and surrounded by some of the most green mountains and fantastic fauna. A mix of proximity and isolation, we are just 5-7 mins drive from Ashvem/Arambol, the other 'happening' locales of our area. A mango orchard on the property, a butterfly garden and a swimming pool by the side, this villa is all about comfort, luxury and peace.

The space
Nestled in quaint village of Mandrem, The Mandrem House offers you an elegant and comfortable 5 BHK villa with a scenic view of nearby green mountains and flora, ever busy with chirping birds, peacocks and butterflies. It is a rare opportunity to be amidst the madness of Goa, yet have the luxury of a peaceful and serene environment, a modern and comfortabe accomodation that thrives on convenience, luxury and privacy. We call it the push and pull of proximity and isolation and The Mandrem House is exactly that.

The villa is in a mango orchard with over 10 mango tress of different sizes and species, each tree is over 60 years of age. Around the mango orchard within the property is a beautiful butterfly garden that hosts hundreds of butterflies, at last count we had around 15 butterfly species on one sunny day. And nothing makes it more perfect - a good size swimming pool to relax and laze around. Yes, the Mandrem beach is hardly 400 meters away (walking distance) but this pool serves the ones who are lazy to even walk that much and bake in the sun alongside the butterflies!

We have 5 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 ante room and 2 terraces. Rooms are airy, each room have huge french windows that slide and fresh air from the nearby mountains fills the space. Furnished with premium quality furnitures and utilities, its actually a home away from home. There is a fully functional kitchen downstairs along.

Breakfast can be ordered the previous evening, would cost Rs 200 per person, and shall be served between 8.30 am to 10.30 am.
