Its all about the location, my place is not fancy just a basic room close to almost everything and the price is right if you don't mind sharing space with two college students. You are booking one room in an apartment that has two other rooms occupied by two Brown University students. The bathroom and common areas are cleaned everyday. Great for business or casual travelers looking to stay close to downtown Providence or visiting Brown University and Rhode Island School of the Design.

The space

As others have noted, this is a bedroom that is in an apartment shared with two grad students. It's on the 2nd floor - the back stairs are narrow and winding, the front stairs are somewhat more open. The bedroom itself is basic, but comfortably furnished. There's a small AC, and a TV with cable. Kitchen and bathroom are shared and may vary in cleanliness. There's a small parking space, restricted street parking immediately in front, and sufficient street parking 1-2 blocks away. There is also a large church across the street, and you will hear church bells during mass and festivals. Lots of restaurants and really great coffee within 1-2 blocks. All in all, it's clean basic accommodations with a very convenient location.

Chutema is a very nice guy! The food in his restaurant is good, you should try it and it is a half price! I had a workshop at ICERM, and the building is 5 min walk from Chutema's place. Everything is close coffee shops, restaurants, it is very good location. The room as it is described, the only thing that you need to consider if you are a girl that you are going to share a small restroom/shower with two guys.

Chutema was very welcoming. His place has the perfect central location close to the river and restaurants/bars if you prefer to walk rather than drive and have to find parking. The room was nice and clean!
