A cooked breakfast is included. An enthusiastic dog may jump up and greet you, hence there may be some dust and dog hair in the hall.

Lovely old house in a lovely old village. Low ceilings, tiled floors, winding stairs but a huge comfy bed. We loved the traditional English breakfast and Nick's friendly demeanour. No hesitation in recomending a stay here.
