Burlington, Vermont, United States

The house is located in a fantastic downtown location, on South Union between College and Pearl. It is a popular spot for tourists and travelling professionals alike, thanks in part to the proximity of both the University of Vermont campus and medical center and The Church Street Marketplace. The house itself was built in 1899, and is located within the South Union Street Historic District, which has been recognized by the National Register of Historic Places for nearly 30 years. Colonial Revival, Greek Revival, and Late Victorian homes line the majority of the street, which is now home to busy professionals, families, and university students alike.
