This is a traditional pine cottage oozing with charm. Suitable for a couple. You have the full cottage to yourself with fridge & cooking facilities. This is in a traditional farmhouse setting beside a beautiful forest in North Wicklow. Our local town is ten minutes walk away. You can get a bus (Bus Eireann - 133) direct to Dublin Airport. We are located 20 miles from Dublin city centre, in close proximity to Glendalough and other gems in Co. Wicklow.

The space

This property dates back to 1640. The walled garden is 17th Centuary & is connected to the famous 'Buck Whaley' of Whaleys Abbey & Lesson Street! This is a very peaceful countryside setting but close to all amenities. We have long-term tenants renting close by & is very much a nice, quiet, family setting.

Guest access

Guests are able to roam through our allotment scheme - close-by there are swings & plenty of space to play. We also have 5 bee-hives nearby - but very safe as behind a huge hedge.

Interaction with guests

Myself & Paul live in the main property and can help anyway that is feasible.

A great place to stay to visit Wicklow. The cottage was comfortable and warm, we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is quiet and peaceful and the gardens were beautiful. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly, we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh croissants, milk and orange juice already in the house for breakfast. I would highly recommend Paul's cottage.

Paul and Grace were charming hosts. The place is as described, everything needed to cook, to have breakfast, and a little table in the garden which was quite nice. Close to Glendalough... I highly recommand!

Had a lovely stay in Paul and Graces accommodation, a perfect place to get away from it all and a bonus to be still close to Bray Glendalough and Dublin..breakfast supplies and spare toiletries was a lovely addition to our stay..Grace was on hand to meet us and to show us around their beautiful allotments , although we didn't have time to check out the Forrest across from the house, it would suit people who like to be close to nature..all and all a lovely experience...many thanks

The house is as described and even more, very quiet and very well decorated. The garden is a source of wonder and Paul and Grace are very sincere and welcoming. I loved more than anything else the special attention for our little boy and all the nice and warm cover you put in the cot.

Had a fantastic but short stay at Season Park. We were welcomed by Grace who happily allowed us to arrive early and pick up the keys. The apartment itself was perfect and airy with a host of breakfast items supplied which was a great surprise! Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area, great hospitality, wonderful surrounding and a cosy sleep!
