Can Grande is the best townhouse in Alcudia. It sleeps eight comfortably in superking beds with large rooms, air conditioning throughout, spacious reception rooms and Wifi. The house, located on a quiet pedestrianised street, is decorated to the highest standard. It has a generous rear garden with jacuzzi, a front and rear first floor balcony, and a further roof terrace on the top floor with breathtaking, panoramic sea views around the island.

The space
Guests love: The location right in the centre of old town Alcudia, the size of the rooms, the superking size beds, the superfast fibre broadband mesh system giving internet access from the roof terrace to the jacuzzi and everywhere in between, the outdoor space, the "workcation" office facilities (study & printer/scanner provided) sunset on the roof terrace but most of all the jacuzzi.

Can Grande has a new kitchen, bathroom, electrics, plumbing, airconditioning throughout, satellite TV and superfast fibre-optic broadband (c. 90 Mbps up and down) to make this the perfect holiday retreat. It's very unusual to find a property of this size / capacity for rent in the Old Town. The combination of bedrooms and secure outside space where you can store bicycles has made this house very popular with families and cycling groups coming to Alcudia for the Iron Man and distance road races. The house has four superking size bedroom with extra convertible space in which to rest and unwind.

The houses along Carrer Cristofel Colom were built at the turn of the 20th century for rich local merchants. Now this fully renovated property sits on one of Alcudia's smartest pedestrianised streets, just 20 metres from the main town square. Alcúdia, Illes Balears, Spain

Alcudia is a small medieval walled town in the north of Majorca. Strategically important, it was the capital of Mallorca in Roman times. It is now one of, if not, the most beautiful, quaint and typically Mallorcan locations on the island. It has a very popular market on Sundays and Tuesdays. It is also possible to walk to the stunning beaches located on either the Bay of Pollenca or Alcudia. Steeped in history, it has an important church, and Roman ruins, including an impressive amphitheatre. It has ample free parking which make it the perfect base to explore the island.
