Ideal room and location for the solo traveller coming to Hull, City of Culture 2017.
The room is light with a large window overlooking a beautiful garden. It is softly decorated, creating a sense of calm. The large single bed is comfortable with Egyptian cotton linens.
Tea facilities are provided in your room. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for breakfasts. The house is in the conservation Avenues area with excellent public transport links to the City and University.
The area is very quiet and yet conveniently situated for shops, restaurants and the City Centre, also the University. Pearson Park with its beautiful trees and architecture is a ten minute walk away.
Guests may use the kitchen at agreed times, and the dining area.
Use of the kitchen for guests staying three days or more can be agreed upon according to needs. The gardens can be accessed at any time. The upstairs bathroom is for guest use, but the downstairs one is for the hosts.

I will be available to offer help whenever I am around.
Other things to note
Mr Sox the cat is not allowed in the guest room as a precaution for any guest with allergies to cats.
For guests loving cats, Mr Sox will be happy to get to know you and be petted. Mr Sox is very friendly.
