Great little place, cosy and clean. There is loads of restaurants close by and really easy to get into brighton from the marina.

The hosts were very accommodating and were quick to reply to our queries. They were also very nice contacting us to find out if we had a good trip down. Accommodation was very cozy and we enjoyed it a lot. Would stay again.

We stayed at Eddie and Christine's floating home on the marina in November. The pictures on the website were a very accurate match to the actual accommodation. We were greeted on the jetty and taken to the accommodation. Parking is 5 minutes away in a free car park right next to the marina and is plentiful even when arriving on a Friday evening at 6pm. There are numerous restaurants to choose from on site and the bus service into Brighton is frequent and you can get a £5 day pass which was great value. The accommodation is very modern, bright and clean (even on a grey winters day). We were pleasantly surprised to find there was access to Netflix so we could watch a bit of TV when we got back at the end of the evening and it was nice to watch the passers by on the jetty from the balcony. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to friends and family wishing to visit Brighton and would stay here again if we are down that way. It was a lovely touch to have a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on arrival, much needed after a drive on the M25 at rush hour Friday evening. Thank you again for making our trip so nice. Steph and Dan
