Very nice and responsive. The space was perfect for a short weekend trip. Close to campus and down town. Jacqueline was very polite and responsive until I alerted her that the hot water and internet were out. We were unable to get showers for 2/3 days of our stay because there was no hot water. She said she would send someone but they were unable to fix the problem before we checked out. When I asked for a partial refund, I did not hear back. It was a nice place but an unfortunate situation.

Response from Jacqueline:
Some guests booked our space prior to having all the photos uploaded for review, which was the case in this situation. We were not aware of the internet and hot water issues of this guest until 2.5 hours prior to their departure on a Sunday morning. We contacted a repair service upon notification but we weren’t able to resolve the problem until after the guests had left. We apologized for their inconvenience and gave them a partial refund.

Amazing place. Definitely recommended if you are staying in Blacksburg. Jacqueline and Anar were helpful and welcoming. Anar helps whenever it's needed. The basement is clean and it was higher than my expectations to be honest. The place is equipped almost with anything you'll need. The neighborhood is quiet and you will need a car to move freely if you don't want to be tied with the bus schedule. There's a bus station near to the place in case you prefer to take the bus. The only drawback of the basement is that it's a bit dim and I think lighting needs to be improved. I didn't feel like I missed anything as the place was really comfortable and feels like I'm home. RECOMMENDED, RECOMMENDED, RECOMMENDED.

Just a few minutes from VT. On a quiet street but conveniently near enough restaurants, stores and highways. The accommodations are full of VT spirit including signed sports ball, pictures, posters, banner with pins and items a hokie would take to cheer on a sporting event, and other interesting VT memoirs.
