The space
Gather your whole group on 200 private, wooded acres in the Pennsylvania Wilds. This secluded 6-bedroom luxury lodge sleeps 18 and is built for family reunions, group getaways, church retreats, and fall-foliage escapes near Cook Forest and the Clarion River. It's a quiet retreat — a comfortable home base for your group, not an events venue.

Six bedrooms each have a private ensuite bathroom (3 King, 3 Queen, 3 Double) plus 2 guest half-baths. The main level — three bedrooms, the great room, dining area and full kitchen — is all on one floor with no stairs, ideal for grandparents and guests with limited mobility. Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms and a games room with a bar, pool table, second TV and a library of 50+ movies.

Stay comfortable in every season with central air-conditioning and radiant underfloor heat, a wood-burning fireplace, two refrigerators, dishwasher, and Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi. Outside, two wrap-around covered decks and a 20x20 fire-pit area with a gas grill look out over the forest.

If you want to enjoy the wonderful wooded Western PA WILDS but with all the luxury and comfort of home, this is the place to be. Come for a weekend or for a full week - you will NOT want to leave! The ideal space to host your extended family gathering, long awaited reunion or just spending some quality time with good friend.

Guest access
You will have acess to the entire lodge and 200 acres of forest. To enjoy the outdoors, there are 2 big covered wrap around upper and lower decks, a large 20x20 fire pit area with gas grill gets you in a true holiday mood.

If at any time during your stay you are less than entirely satisfied with your experience, please let us know and we will immediately address the situation

Other things to note
Amenities in the area include 2 golf courses, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, bike trails, Foxburg restaurants, winery and Clarion town conveniences -- all within a ten-minute drive. Only, 25 minutes from Cook Forest State Park. The entire area is a great place for all seasons.

Notes:
1) The signed Rental Agreement and Waiver need to be returned within 48 hours after booking. (emailed to you when you make the booking.) Failure to return within 48 hours may cause your booking to be cancelled with AIRBNB applicable cancellation fees. If you feel uncomfortable to sign the Rental Agreement and Waiver, please cancel your booking within 48 hours from making it, for a full refund.

2) WiFi Internet is supplied via Starlink. Due to the remote nature of the lodge, neither FIOS nor Cable is available. Satellite internet is influenced by adverse weather conditions such as snow, rain and wind.

3) As the property is remote and both a working farm and recreational land, perimeter surveillance devices are used for property protection and safety. There are surveillance devices on the right front and right back of the Barn that captures the driveway, parking area, Barn surroundings and fire-pit. There are surveillance devices on the east and west side of the agricultural plots that captures the plots and plot roads.
