Good location with tram and bus stops 2 minute walk away. Simone is a good host, easy to communicate with and eager to give suggestions to make our stay smoother. Thanks again Simone!

Simone is a fantastic host, happy to answer any questions, give tips on good places to visit and eat, and how to get around, flat was nice and clean, and she was able to accommodate us when we were due to arrive early. The bed was firm but comfortable. We cooked in the flat one night, and generally had what we needed (once we remembered there isn't an oven!). Couple of improvements potentially needed with small electricals, and quite a few keys to figure out, but otherwise was a great base to explore from, tram stops pretty much right outside! which goes through to Piazza Venezia in the centre. The area is not as attractive as the centre of Rome, but there's a great little place round the corner that makes amazing gelato and desserts, Frontoni's next door does delicious pizza, the park isn't far away and the older part of Trastevere is a couple of stops away. We would definitely recommend Simone's place.

Response from Simone:
Dear Cerian, thank you very much for your review and your precious feedback. Yes, there is no oven below the stoves, but there is a big and brand new microwave oven with the grill function. I checked again the keys and actually one key was a remaining of an old set, now there are only two complete sets of three keys, two for each gate and two for the house key. Thank you again and I hope to see you soon back in Rome!

I had an awesome time at Simone's place! Located in a great area, the neighborhood was quiet yet lively. Plenty of little streets to explore. I went to the market right across the street nearly every morning for food and vegetables. Simone and his wife were super friendly and answered every question I had--and I had a lot! He even picked me up from the train station when I had a late night flight. Truly the best Ab&b host I've ever had. Thanks you guys, for the great accommodations in Rome!!! God Bless

Simone was very welcoming and maintained a good line of communication. His wife was very kind. The space was perfect for 3 and the AC helped cool down on those hot nights. We felt very comfortable and liked eating at the places Simone recommended. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again!

Simone was a very friendly host, eager to help with any queries we may have had and always at the end of the phone if we needed him for anything during our stay. The apartment was spotless on arrival. The only negatives that we weren't expecting was the constant noise of traffic and trams. Perhaps this would be less noticeable if there was Air Conditioning and we could keep the windows closed. With only one fan, it was hard to keep cool in the height of summer. There's a great kitchen with a big fridge/freezer and dishwasher, however a poor selection of other kitchen appliances and utensils which meant cooking a decent meal proved difficult. For example no chopping board or sharp knives. If these small negatives were addressed I'm sure we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this apartment again and recommend it to others.

Response from Simone:
Dear Eleanor thank you very much for your precious feedback. Air Conditioning is now installed and we have bought all the extra kitchen stuff that thank to you we realized were missing. If you told us when we asked you if you needed something at the apartment we would have bought them immediately just like we arranged early bags drop off and fixed the WIFI promptly; this way you would have had a chance to use them too and would have enjoyed your stay more. So for any future guest reading please don't hesitate to ask if you miss something at the apartment, we will be happy to bring it to you! :)

This is to place to stay at Rome! It is a few tram stops from the crowds, location is amazing actually! Simone has this little book with advice what to see, where to go, what to eat and it is amazing! I took all of his advice and wasn't sorry! The place is clean, bus and tram stop are right in front of the flat, little bakeries, restaurants, shops are also super close. Simone eqs super attentive, which was also nice! Highly recommended!
