Built in 1929 as a residence upstairs and a dress shop/salon downstairs, this property was formerly known as Ms. Johnnie's Dress Shop. In Monroe's historic Garden District. Spacious with beautiful hardwood floors and vintage charm. Convenient to local shops, restaurants, Enoch's Pub, Flying Tiger Brewery, downtown Monroe, Masur Museum, Biedenharn Gardens, Coca Cola Museum, Forsythe Park, the Ouachita River (1 block), and historic Antique Alley in West Monroe, just across the bridge.

Guests have access to the entire upstairs unit, which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The upstairs residence is apps. 2400 hsf. The home is 5500 hsf. The upstairs is the former residence of original owners. The downstairs, which is formerly the dress shop and salon is leased to a tenant. The downstairs was converted to a residence when the original owners retired and closed the dress shop.
