房子地理位置不错，周边离金沙滩，银沙滩都不远，在一个居民区里，出去就能买到吃的，不远处有市场，便利店，然后靠海很近，在客厅里吃饭看海不错，现在的海边很干净，沙子也很软，值得推荐。

去年夏天啤酒节就是在这里住的，老板很热情，推荐的海鲜馆不错，住的也非常舒服。小区楼下是公园空气很好，配套设施也不错，吃喝玩乐都有。

屋内布置清新，小区环境好，楼下娱乐设施多，儿子在唐岛湾公园玩的很开心，现在到沙滩玩稍微有点凉，房主都有提醒谢谢。
