Guest access
You have the cottage to yourselves, and we consider the garden to be yours to use whilst staying here, but occasionally you may see us at our back door when we go to the dustbins etc.
The hot tub is private for you in our small but pretty walled, gated garden with outdoor seating and a barbecue. The Hot Tub is a model specifically designed for holiday lets and is fully compliant with the Health and Safety Executive code of practice HSG282, meaning that it is as safe as possible for you to use. In order to completely change the water, clean it effectively and have it up to temperature for the incoming guests we politely advise that the cut-off point for your use will be 2pm on the afternoon prior to your last morning with us. Please be advised that we will waive this cut off if no guests are checking in on the day you leave. Towelling robes will be provided for you to use to and from the hot tub, and although we know you will use your common sense, there will be rules and advice contained in the information book in the cottage itself.
Out of respect for our neighbours we ask that you try to keep the noise down in the evenings as noise travels at night. Please respect the 10.00pm curfew for use of the tub.
We have a friendly whippet who will pop out to use the garden and may ask to sunbathe with you, but only if you don't mind.
