The house is around 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and various activities like Floral Pavilion for theatre, gigs and comedy.
Good links to Liverpool City (by ferry, train, bus or car via tunnel). Close enough to Chester City (25 minutes by car). Manchester around 45 minutes by car.
Parking is freely available outside the house.
Superfast wifi and the code is on here once you book.
There is door access at the front door so you can arrive anytime and come and go as you please with no issues.
Large communal kitchen diner with all cooking facilities, spacious breafast bar for socialising and all plates and cutlery etc to prepare any meals you want.
There is a shared living room with TV, playstation and DVDs etc. This room even has a pool table if you wish to play. It is folded away but feel free to pull out and use it.
The bedroom has a tv and dvd player with great selection of films to watch to make you stay comfortable and homely. Also in your bedroom is tea, coffee, cereal, milk and bread with a fridge and kettle for breakfast in bed. You can use the large kitchen for any other food preparation you like though.
There may be other guests staying at the property but there is plenty of space as it is large, quiet house.
Your room is at the top of the stairs, first door on the right. It is the only white door in the house, the rest are stripped solid oak doors.
Please note that although this room is set to accommodate up to 4 guests, if you are travelling alone or as a couple and book the room it will be your own private room and you will not be sharing with anyone other than your own party. Extra guests can be added by you once you have booked for a very small charge.
Guests can access and use their allocated bedroom, shared bathroom, also the dining kitchen and lounge (door opposite the foot of the stairs).
Interaction with guests
I will be in the local area should anything be required or available on my mobile. I will not always be present at the property though.
Other things to note
This is an old Victorian property with lots of character and charm. As with properties of this age ongoing maintenance is required so I am renovating to a high standard throughout.
Of course i will not carry out any noisy or dusty work during any guests' stays but there will be signs of jobs in progress from time to time. Please bear this in mind when booking and more importantly when leaving reviews as the price totally reflects the fact the house is not yet refurbished throughout. If you want the Hilton then book there and pay their prices. If you want a lovely home with all the home comforts you require but a couple of decorating jobs unfinished at a bargain price, then my property is definitely for you. Note the room you are staying in has been recently decorated and is extremely comfortable.
Please speak to me if you have any issues at all during your stay at the earliest opportunity so i can resolve it as best I can.
I would love to keep the future reviews to 4 and 5 star only (as most reviews have been to date). The very rare poor review can have a huge affect on overall ratings and as over 90% of my guests loved their stay, it is a shame to be spoilt by the odd fussy guest who raise no issues during their stay, but then leave poor feedback after the event.
I am super friendly, approachable and empathetic so any issues large or small will be dealt with to the best of my ability to ensure a happy guest. If you dont think my price is value for money then tell me upon arrival, but I think its a great relaxed atmosphere at a great price and ticks a box for a cheap, quiet place to stay with all the amenities of a home (you dont get that in a hotel which will cost about 3 times the price or more for a much smaller space).
