Interaction with guests
I am or my trusted co host are available to answer any questions about the place or the city. We will do everything possible to solve any issues that arise with the apartment and provide assistance with other problems to the extend we are able to.
Other things to note
Please communicate through Airbnb app to ensure immediate response. Your messages will go to both myself and my co-host. This is the most reliable way to communicate, however if you feel more comfortable calling or texting that is not a problem as well. Please do not email unless we prearranged it.
No candle burning or open fire of any kind in the apartment. If you are planning a romantic evening, I can provide artificial candles that look very real.
Any cleaning supplies left in the apartment are meant for cleaning of this apartment and not as a gift for the guests. If anything was spilled on the furniture or broken, please let me know, don’t try to fix or clean it yourself. I have all the tools and cleaning supplies for that.
Parties or events are allowed only upon approval. If approved I can supply some party essentials, depending on your event. If the event is planned ahead of time, I can assist in planning, acquire party supplies and decorate. The fee for this service will depend on scope of work and material required. Maximum number of people allowed is 10. If you are planning more guests, please confirm it with me. An extra cleaning fee will be applied to the total price regardless of number of people.
I am well traveled, outgoing and friendly person. Travel has been a part of my life for as long I can remember. Traveling through different countries, I have seen the polar opposites of cultures and have learned to respect and abide by the rules of my hosts.
It so happened that I also lived in a few very different places with eastern and western cultures. I was lucky to have had an insight in to Asian, European, Middle Eastern and North American cultures. Their traits are mixed and embedded so deeply in my character, I can never say which one culture I belong to.
Having lived in some of the most hospitable countries where hosting is an art, I have felt what it truly means to be welcomed. I have seen my share of hospitality; the grand, the great, just good and bad, and so as I start my hospitality business I strive for the best.
