Interaction with guests
Your privacy and comfort means everything to us. We can be available as much or as little as needed. Let us know if there's anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable.
Other things to note
We have 2 dogs that live on site. Faraday is the friendliest yellow lab who loves everybody. He stays in the backyard. Marzipan is our little maltese-poodle who thinks she's as big as the labrador. She loves giving kisses and high fives. We keep her in the cottage with us so she'll be out of your way as well.
No parties or unmentioned guests allowed.
Hi I'm Stefani!
I am a farm to market chef and freelance writer. I am a woman of God with a creative soul and our home is reflective of that. I cannot live without coffee, my books, and the two puppies who make this house a home. My husband and I are low-key people who love the outdoors and road trips. When we're not traveling, the world comes to us. Our guests may arrive as strangers but they leave as friends.
Our house is in the eclectic 1950s neighborhood of River Oaks, 10 minutes north of downtown Fort Worth. It's a sleepy part of town with a small town vibe. What we love about this location is that it's equidistant from the city, the lake, and river trails, perfect for experiencing the best of Fort Worth.
