The apartment is accessed wither via a single external flight of stairs or a second entry straight from your undercover garage with push button security lighting and is located in a very quiet, secure block of 4. The Master Bedroom is spacious with an exceptionally comfortable queen size bed all linen is 1000 thread count & or bamboo cotton if preferred.
Your 2nd bedroom is similarly appointed, built-ins, exceptionally comfortable double bed, quiet and cosy, bathroom & toilet easy access.
Bathroom has a shower over a full sized bath with plenty of hot water, big wide mirror and cabinets, plenty of bench space for toiletries & cosmetics, hair dryers provided. You also have the use of a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Your kitchen is fully appointed with pantry, electric stove, fridge freezer, two large sinks, plenty of bench space as well as a food processor blender and juice extractor for those great smoothies.
Living area has a large dining table with 6 chairs 3 recliner lounge chairs 1 lounge and wonderful views of the park. This area incorporates a large screen entertainment module & Blue-Ray CD player with external speakers and base. You also have free Internet & WI-Fi facilities, Netflix & Stan and various other channels are streamed to you.
The unit is completely empty of any personal private belongings so all spaces are available to you. A keyless entry with your own PIN will be provided. Make yourself completely at home. You also have a one car garage space available for you.
Interaction with guests
The Gold Coast Airport is around five minutes away, so grab a cab and if requested I'll be waiting to help with bags etc. I can meet you or alternatively there is a self checkin facility whatever suits you. After booking please look at my Airbnb self check-in for in depth directions and instructions on your great new space on the Gold Coast.
