Two bedroom apartment to relax in after exploring Seattle. No need for a car, walking distance to the Link light rail and the airport gates! Downtown Seattle in 30 minutes on train. If you have a car then you have not one but two parking spots. A Large RV ok. Teak King size bed in the Master bedroom as well as two luxury twin beds in the second bedroom. The Dining room table and chair set are a vintage Burke 1960's as well as an vintage leather relaxing easy chair. 49" smart TV with full WiFi.

The space

Private little getaway - curbside Seatac airport to the driveway under 4 minutes! This is not a studio apartment or even a one bedroom. It's a two bedroom apartment with Master bedroom with a super comfy King size Teak bed with a locking door. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together to form a King. Full Kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Separate laudryroom with Washer Dryer and Ironing board and Iron. Toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and Keureg machine. Early flight? Sleep in. You'll be closer to the airport than rental car drop off. Uber ride is less than 4 minutes from driveway to gate.

Guest access

The entire apartment is yours. Totally private and secluded. Does not feel like you're in a city. Treat yourself to plums off the tree when in season. It's the entire second floor above a garage space. Two parking spots are directly in front in a private driveway.

Interaction with guests

You'll only see me if you need to. It's private! I can see you if you'd like and I'm not at work. I work at the airport so I'm only 5 minutes away if needed. I'm only a text away.

Other things to note

Walking distance to the gates of SeaTac airport and link light rail. It's a 12 minute walk to the Link light rail SeaTac station. I have a car and I prefer to take the train downtown myself as I don't have to worry about parking, I can have a glass of wine etc.

Bud's place was exactly ass advertised and it was very close to SeaTac International Airport which was what we wanted. We walked to the train and took it to the Seahawks game. I came the way from Honolulu to see the game and Bud was a very gracious host. I would definitely stay there again! Very convenient and clean - 2 thumbs up!!

Bud is by far the best host we’ve ever stayed with. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great area. Bud was very responsive and did a great job! Next time I’m in Seattle I will definitely stay here. I highly recommend this Home.

Clean and Cozy place. Conveniently located near the airport. Worked great for me, wife, 3 kids (8,6,18mo.) on a trip for Thanksgiving.

What an exceptionally clean and spacious place to stay! I really wish we had more time at Bud's place, we had a quick in and out after a late night landing in SeaTac and we were out early for another flight the next morning. Let me tell you - we stayed in 10 different places in our 2 week long London and Iceland trip and this was among my favorite. This was the 10th place we stayed, just when we were extremely exhausted from our journey and walking into this big, clean, welcoming apartment was HEAVEN. I'm not exaggerating when I say I had the best nights sleep of the entire trip in this giant comfy bed. I kind of want to know the brand of the mattress, sheets, and pillows, comforter etc so I can get the same exact bed at home haha! I also have a 1yr old and although not advertised as baby-friendly, Bud went above and beyond to baby proof and add safety features before we arrived! It was a hit with my son and so helpful. I am very observant and can tell Bud has extra special attention to detail in this apartment with luggage racks, Starbucks coffee and creamer - literally a life saver for me after this 2 week long trip, a cute sign for directions for the heater, rolled individual towels on the bed, and fancy hair products in the shower. Bud was very welcoming and responsive to supporting my child's safety and I can tell covered all of the bases. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer, it was very comfortable! If we ever fly out of SeaTac again I will definitely be coming back here :). Thanks Bud.

Bud's place is fantastic. He was very communicative with us, even letting us check in a couple of hours early at the last minute. Everything was easy to understand, really comfortable, and provided a stress-free place to stay. Some highlights: - The place is very clean and has nice touches. The king bed is super comfortable, and the main area has different spaces to hang out. - The kitchen is easy to use and includes pans/utensils/dishwasher/etc. It was easy to cook and clean up, and Bud even provided tea/cocoa/Keurig coffee. - The location is conveniently close to the airport, but we were never bothered by airplane sounds. - There is fast internet and a giant TV. - The place is surrounded by nice evergreens, and Bud used twinkle-lights to light up the steps in the dark. - The bathroom is very clean and has nice amenities - a listerine pump, multiple towel sizes, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. - The heater works really well, which we appreciated when it started snowing! - The space had a homey feel, with nice accent walls and northwest-themed artwork.

I like travel, art, nature, design and beautiful things. I'm an aircraft mechanic at Seatac so chances are I'm doing the checks on your airplane before you launch off for Hong Kong, London or New York!
