Slightly overpriced for the room we received. The two pictures available show a room with a "balcony" overlooking the city and seeing the ocean on the left. Our room was tiny, with no fan (no AC in the apartment). The window we had was facing a shaft that surrounded all the other apartments. So no natural light or breeze coming in. It was tough at night. The bathroom is tiny, and no towels other than one shower towel are provided. We wanted to rent bikes and called, texted, emailed Isra to ask if he has a space where we can leave the bikes. He ignored the call and text, and responded to the message on the app two hours later - "that's not allowed, sorry". Given he has brochures of bike rentals all over the living room you'd think there would be a possibility of keeping the bike somewhere in the apartment. Also, when we came back our last night, the water was turned off and was not turned on until after 11AM. We sent the host multiple messages, questioning this. He did not respond until the time the water was turned on, which was less than an hour before we had to check out, making us rush to check out. Positives: The living room is spacious and has a nice vibe. Overall, the apartment was clean and the kitchen tidy too. The location is great. Very close to the cathedral (10 min walk). Check in was great as well. We landed at midnight and he was kind enough to meet us and let us in (he works at a restaurant nearby). However, we did not see him or talk to him in person for the remainder of the trip, even though he was home when we were.
