Interaction with guests

I am a hospitality professionals, and avid outdoor explorer. I have lived in Albuquerque for 5+ years and have lots of info. I enjoy meeting new people. Let me know if you have any questions, looking for ABQ or Santa Fe adventures, trails to hike, or want to know the best brewery and social spots in the 505. I am almost always available if needed, however I do respect the privacy of guests.

Other things to note

The tiny house is roughly 200 sq ft and you must want to experience living small. There is only a 6 gallon hot water heater, which equals 4-5 minute hot water shower and takes about 45 minutes to refill with hot water. There is a small portable a/c unit, ceiling fan, and a wall fan. During the colder months there is a space heater that heats the home well.

We enjoyed our stay, first time experience staying in a Tiny House, very comfortable and filled with everything you need! We did not hire a rental car used Uber, buses and walked on foot to get around. Highly recommend walking distance 20 minutes Deep Space Coffee ️ excellent service and Brixens for lunch or dinner very tasty choice and good atmosphere!

Description very accurate + Drew was great to communicate with. Perfect for us, we came to Albuquerque for the Hot Air Balloon festival. Only thing to keep in mind for couples: bed is a little small if you want to sleep together. Sleeping separately is probably more comfortable (on the spare mattress).

Great tiny house, comfortable, clean and had all the amenities I needed. Would definitely stay there again. Drew was there whenever I needed him, whether by phone or in person.

Fun little house in a very convenient location to downtown, the zoo, and probably other places I didn't get to. Very comfortable single bed. I don't think there was a kitchen table, but there was something that looked as though it should fold down from the wall and maybe turn into a table. I couldn't figure it out though. Otherwise everything was provided, place was clean, compact but functional furnishings. Not for the mobility challenged- steps up have no railing and path back to the house is on stepping stones.

I adored the tiny house...even though I had a bad weekend weather-wise so could not enjoy the cute outdoor seating area in the rain! Very very comfortable, had everything I needed, and although I mostly drove due to weather seemed to be a very central location, with easy on-street parking and just off several "main drags" but a nice, quiet up-and-coming (I think!) neighborhood with easy access to everything. Happily surprised by size of the bathroom and shower in particular, bed is tight for two people (unless small or on honeymoon) ; ) but super comfy and cozy. I made use of the "fake fireplace" (there is also A/C) which I would buy if I did not live in the Virgin Islands. I have to recommend Juanita's (breakfast and lunch only) and Garcia's on Central for food.....absolutely fab authentic NM cuisine and budget friendly!

Drew’s tiny house is so cozy. It’s centrally located and especially good for people with cars who need quick access to the interstate. The neighbors seemed friendly, but I will say that all of my Albuquerque friends asked me to exercise caution in that part of town. (I had zero problems, just wanted to share that for any skittish or solo travelers.) You can’t beat this value! The only things that could’ve improved my trip would be dry, sunny weather (so I could sit in that outdoor area and not get covered in mud when I checked in) and perhaps a little more color or art inside the home to better match its lively exterior. I’d definitely stay here again.
