If you are looking for a condo that is steps from the BEACH or steps from the OCEAN CITY CONVENTION CENTER. This is it! This is a great mid-town location. Very close to OC's famous Secrets, Macky's, OC Steamers, Fagers Island and more! Towels/Linens are provided on site. Special check in time can be arranged prior to booking if needed, and doesn't interfere with other guests. If you don't see the dates that you need let me know I have other condos in the same area.
This unit is steps from the beech, and is in a great mid town location. It is located directly across from Ocean City Convention Center.

1. Check in time is at 3:00 and check out is at 10:00 am. No early check in or late check out unless it is agreed beforehand. There may be an additional charge for the change.
2. All of our properties are NON SMOKING units. There will be a PENALTY CHARGE OF $150.00 IF EVIDENCE OF SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.
3.Pets are NOT PERMITTED IN THE RENTAL UNIT UNDER ANY CONDITIONS. There will be a PENALTY CHARGE OF $150.00 IF DISCOVERED.
4. We will NOT rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT OR INSURANCE FEE. We accept a credit card for any damages incurred.
a) No damage is expected beyond normal wear and tear and if done otherwise we hold the right to collect from the deposit or claim the insurance co to replace and repair.
b) No linens or towels should be lost, stained or damaged. If so we hold the right to deduct from the credit card to compensate for the loss.
6) All trash is asked to be handled responsibly and we have dumpsters on both sides of the building. Do not leave trash inside unit especially at the time of check out.
7) After arrival if you have any claims it must be done in writing and you must allow us the opportunity to address the claim before requesting a refund.
8) HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY- No refunds will be given unless:
a) The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area.
b) A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of and vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning " area, we will refund:
i) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
ii) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the "Tropical Storm or Hurricane Warning " period.
c) NO REFUND is honored it it is just rains due to tropical storms- We can not guarantee the weather.
9) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to the amount of guests that were stated at the time of the reservation.
10) INCLUSIVE FEES- Rates include a one time linen/towel set up. Utility fees are included in the rental rate. There is a cleaning fee it is already included in your total rental charge which is used for when you depart.
11) DAILY MAID SERVICE- While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. It can be requested at the time of making your reservation and will be charged beforehand. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not allow out towels, bath and beach towels or linens to be taken out from the unit.
12) We will not be responsible for any damages/ stolen items or personal injuries that might occur during your stay. We do however have insurance for public responsibility.
13) No loud parties are permitted. This is a residential area. Our curfew for load noise is 10:00 PM. There is a fine which gets incurred for excessive noise after 10:00 PM. (Charged by the city)
14) Each unit is entitled to 2 parking spaces (off street).
From Jun 1 - Oct 1, 2018 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
