This beautiful ocean front condo is located at the quite north end of Seaside's famous Promenade, & a 10 minute walk to downtown and all the attractions, shopping, and dining that Seaside offers. My unit is 1 of 15 condos at the property, with onsite parking for each space. I'm a new Owner of this condo & am constantly updating & adding special touches. The property is managed by an onsite manager, who provides the passes for the Pools/Hot Tub/Gym! Pets are welcome with fees paid upon arrival.
Please note there is a 2 night minimum on certain Federal Holidays, Special Events, and during July and August, unless only 1 night is available. Pools/Hot Tub/Fitness Ctr is located at Sunset Empire less than 1 mile away (note they are closed for remodel 10/20-12/3). Pets are allowed with pet fees of $20 1 pet 1st night/$30 2 pets 1st night- $10/$15 respectively each night thereafter- pet fees must be paid onsite upon arrival. This amazing upstairs studio offers a comfortable King size bed & a large infrared fireplace for those chilly beach nights. There is a dinning area next to the picture window as well as a kitchenette including a 2 burner hot plate, electric griddle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all kitchen necessities perfect for a dine in experience! There is also an air purifier for those with allergies. In addition we have an HDTV flat screen TV, along with Digital Cable (including HBO West/Family) and a DVD/VHS player with movies for your viewing enjoyment. Want to stay connected with friends or work- free secure WiFi is available. Get your free passes in the office to the Sunset Empire Recreation Complex and enjoy the lap pool, therapy pool, hot tubs, and fitness center- there's even a world class skate park next door! In the Commons Area there is a large Infrared BBQ with included wood chips and all the utensils you'll need to barbeque that whole Salmon you just caught (or bought at any of the local fishmongers!)- along with an outdoor kitchen to clean your fish, crabs, or clams. There is a patio area with tables & chairs to dine outside, along with a covered smoking area onsite. Out front is a beautiful landscaped lawn which Guests are welcome to use and enjoy our spectacular sunsets. So whether you are seeking that perfect spot for that special occasion, or simply to be away from it all- we hope you'll come stay with us and experience all there is here at the Beach! Please note that I just purchased this unit and plan on continuing high end upgrades.

- Must be 18 to rent. Rates are double occupancy, additional Guests (including children over 2 yrs of age) must be declared in advance and the Extra Guest fees paid. Absolutely no smoking in our unit- designated covered smoking areas are close by. Please clean up any Kitchenware used to avoid the $50 cleaning fee. Parking on site is limited to one car per Condo, additional parking is available on the street. Quiet time is 10pm each night- please adjust volumes accordingly. The onsite management office can be reached any time. Please do not rearrange any of the furnishings in the unit for any reason- there is a potential fire hazard when items are moved next to baseboard heaters and A/C outlets! This condo is pet friendly with the appropriate fees paid separately upon arrival & check in at the Office. Fees are $20 for the 1st pet, 1st night- and $30 for the 2nd pet 1st night. Additional nights are $10 & $15 respectively.
