A newly built 2-bedroom seaside villa exclusively for you. The perfect place to take in the fantastic views of the Aegean Sea at your leisure. A secure gated community with easy access to a private beach and secluded rock pool. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor balcony and a fenced in rear garden. A short distance from Bodrum, accessible by bus just outside your door. The local fishing village and market of Bogazici is within walking distance. Very family friendly.

The space

This villa is situated near Bodrum in the gated community of Zergel Kent. Enjoy alfresco dining outside in our outdoor terrace, complete with a dining table that seats six. The perfect place to take in the views of the Aegean Sea at your leisure.

The villa contains 2 bedrooms located upstairs. Unpack your luggage in the spacious built-in cupboards and take your rest in the master bedroom, stretched out on the double bed. Other guests can make use of the second bedroom, which contains a single bed. Both bedrooms have access to the upstairs bathroom with walk in shower. Downstairs, relax on the living room sofa which can be converted to a bed for extra sleeping space or an afternoon nap.

The villa comes with AC through-out. The downstairs living area adjoins the fully fitted open kitchen which contains modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine - everything you require for a self catering holiday. Visit the local fruit and vegetable markets - products are fresh and grown locally, ranging from wild herbs to oranges and mushrooms. You can prepare yourself a Mediterranean feast.

Benefit from the community facilities including a grocery store and restaurant. Take the free, private bus to the seaside where you can relax in the sun chairs, cool off in the rock pool or swim in the sea. Both the beach and the sea-side are an easy 20 minute walk away, for those who wish to stretch their legs.

Enjoy the scenic 45 minute bus trip to Bodrum to take in all the city has to offer. The road weaves along the coast with views of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. A bus stop is situated 200m from your door.

Boat tours to secluded bays can be organized from the local fishing village of Bogazici.

The villa is a short 15 minutes’ drive from the Milas-Bodrum International airport. You can take a taxi (approximately 100 TL) or rent a car. Parking is provided at the Villa.

Check-in is anytime after 10 am. Check out is before 12:00 pm.

The key of the apartment will be provided to you by your host, Tugbam during check in. She will also explain to you the usage of appliances. We request no smoking at all in the villa - you may smoke on the terrace or in the garden. The villa is for the enjoyment of all guests at a very reasonable rate, therefore we request you take care during your stay so as not to damage items. Please let us know us if anything has been broken, or needs replacing.

Please ensure that you turn off the air conditioner and the lighting when you leave the villa. The villa is equipped with screens and enjoys a cool breeze, reducing the need to use the AC. Why do we encourage saving electricity during your stay? One, it’s good for the environment and we all need to do our part for the planet. Secondly, electrical and water costs need to be factored into the daily room rate. If utility rates are kept low, then we can keep our room rates low for you and fellow guests during your stay!

It is recommended that you do not drink the tap water. Drinking water can be purchased from the store within the compound. The villa is well equipped, but it is recommended that you bring you own beach towels. House towels are supplied, but they prefer to stay in the house :).

The house was very clean and spacious. It had a big garden and had all the utilities we needed. Altough the location is a bit distant and there was no wifi it was a good experience. But there is a bus stop just outside the house which would take you to the city center. Price was very good compared to others and David was really helpful. He responded our emails within the hour and arranged a co-host incase we needed something else. Would definetly recommend it to others planning a trip to Bodrum.

This is our second stay at David's home. We were so happy from the first time that we decided to stay there again. Davis is a wonderful host that you would feel yourself at home. The house itself is located one of the best locations of Bodrum peninsula. Boğaziçi vilage, where the house located, is just about 15 min. drive from the airport and about 30 min. from Bodrum town. You can enjoy the fish resturants in the village or you can buy fresh fish from the fishermen, if you like to cook by yourself. There are couple of sightseeing opportunities ranging from the boat tours to the ancient cities. David's house is newly built and has all the necessary household appliances. One can say that David's house is the best one in Zergülkent. We really enjoyed staying there and would like to come again.

If you are looking for a decent, peaceful place; David's home is what you are looking for. From the first day of our reservation David was in contact with us and he provide us information about our stay. The house itself is newly built, with brand new appliances, and has everything you need (A/C at all rooms, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher etc). No surprises. The environment is peaceful, there is nothing to disturb you but you will always find someone around to help you. The sunset is so breathtaking that you will never want to miss it. Climate is ideal. There is always a light summer breeze that you will not sweat at all. Supermarkets and local market is just a couple of kilometers away. Bodrum city center and the airport is quite easy to reach. As a family, we spent our whole summer period at this house and we are so happy for our choice. Thank you very much David and we would like to be your guest in near future again.
