The space

Cosy bedroom with sink. Shower with toilet and sink are situated next to the bedroom.
The windmill is situated at the southwest of the citycentre. It is surrounded by a sportsarea and the bedroom views a typical dutch green landscape, cows and sheep.
Close to the mill you will find shops and restaurants.
It is easy to get to the citycentre with tram nr.13 or bus nr.69, within 15 minutes.

An original dutch countryside feeling in Amsterdam.
It would be my pleasure to show you around in the top of the windmill. If allowed by the weather conditions, the wings may even run.

Wireless internet is available. During a stay of two (or more) nights, the washing machine and dryer can be used.

There is a water cooker in the room and tea/(instant) coffee is available a the room.

This is the one experience everyone must do. By far the cutest place I have stayed in. Absolutely accurate on all fronts, except that Rorl is far better a person than he has described.Sending the rest of my family over soon.

Staying in the windmill was such a unique experience! Both Roel and his son we're very friendly and hospitable. As soon as we got there, Roel offered us a drink, had our room ready, and then took us up to the top of the windmill and told us about it's history and how it works, which we really enjoyed. It was nice to get out of the city for the night and to be surrounded by so much green space and water, especially in such beautiful weather which made the windmill even more picturesque. Our room was clean and comfortable and we would definitely recommend anyone to stay for a night!

There's nothing that should keep you from experiencing the Netherlands through this route! This is literally the ONLY windmill currently in Holland that can host guests ... so why not see it while you still can?

We had a very lovely one of a kind experience staying in the windmill. Roel was an excellent host and very accommodating to our early check in request as we came in on a red eye. The room was clean and comfortable. The windmill made for a unique air bnb experience. Where else can you stay this close to Amsterdam city center and stay in a windmill built in the 1600s ? Highly recommend staying here, even just for one night for the experience! Thank you Roel!
