We are offering a spacious bedroom in our end unit condo. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Mallets Bay Colchester, we are near parks, beaches, and the Burlington bike path. We are a 10 minute drive from Burlington or a 7 mile ride on the Burlington bike path. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

We have a small friendly dog who is hypoallergenic.

Friendly hosts. Very clean and well kept home. Friendly and cute dog.I had dinner at a restaurant on the Bay which is not too far away.

Eric was a great host! He offered some great suggestions for restaurants in the area. The room was comfortable and close to the highway, which was perfect for us.
