We sincerely enjoyed our stay with Adeline very much. The apartment is amazing. Even better than the impression you would get from the pictures. The house is just one block from the beach and most important Adeline and her family are wonderful hosts who went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant as possible. Thank you very much. Highly recommended!!

Adeline was a great host who responded quickly. Her guest space is a generous size filled with natural light. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated all the storage space. The neighborhood is quite pretty with a beach park just one block away. I felt very safe here, and saw many of the neighbors walking their dogs in the evening when I went out for my run. Everything I could need for my stay was found close by at Kahala Mall (including Whole Foods). If you need to be in the Kahala area, I recommend Adeline's place.

Adeline was very responsive and a great communicator. We appreciated the kids amenities of crib, baby bath, sand toys and umbrella. The entry was very private. The house is a great location and very short walk to a fantastic beach with very calm waters. We did not get a chance to use the pool but plan to do next time.

We loved this place! The place was the perfect size and I really liked the layout. The kitchen was nice to do some light cooking. It was also great that there was a washer/dryer so that we could do some laundry. The location was excellent! It was so close to the beach. We walked over a couple of times and even watched the sunrise. It was also nice that it wasn’t crowded. We attended a wedding at the Kahala Resort, which was only a 10 minute walk. We also went to the Times Supermarket to get groceries, which was only a 5 minute drive. The place was also not too far of a drive from the Waikiki area and the Koko Head area. Adeline was so nice and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time! And we were so happy with this place. If we ever return we will definitely stay here again. It was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at so far. I would definitely recommend this place!

Adeline is an amazing host, I know it sounds like a cliché but the place is even better than the pictures. We enjoyed ourselves and even picked and ate a papaya from a tree next to the pool.

I spent about three days researching a place to stay outside of the heart of Honolulu and was so pleasantly surprised to find this place available. Adeline and Sherry were both SO accommodating and VERY communicative. If you had any questions they would respond to my messages on airbnb right away and I really appreciated that. Anything that I needed they took into account and tried everything they could to help me. The parking spot that we had used the first night was actually taken by a few cars (most likely people in the neighborhood visiting) and Sherry said herself that sometimes on the weekends people will take that spot to go to the beach. But, she opened the front gate for us to park our car there. So parking is no problem! The location is absolutely beautiful. But know that because it is connected to the owner's home you're not actually alone on the property. The place is a little smaller than I had imagined but stunning otherwise. I had chosen it because I liked the interior a lot. Everything is provided for you, and even though we didn't need it we saw all of the baby stuff that would really be great for any couples with young children. There is a pool that is literally right outside of the room, but we never actually used it. It's amazing with all of the flowers in the back and some fish design tiling inside of the outer edge of the pool. The whole vibe of the place was great. So serene and peaceful - which is what I was looking for. And it's so close to secluded beaches of Kahala as well as Kahala mall that has Whole Foods, a theater and many small boutiques that are fun to browse. While having a car would be nice to access more honestly if you're visiting and you just want to stay in this area I'd say a lot of things are walking distance (i.e. less than thirty min to get to Kahala mall) - but if you have a car there's so much more to explore like Aina Haina side and Diamond Head etc. It's the perfect spot for a getaway. Thank you so much!
