The total price per night includes exclusive use of the riad with 4 double bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. We do not rent individual rooms.

The open and light-filled patio of Riad Shiraz features 2 large couches draped in natural fabrics, moroccan handmade cushions and rustic wood coffee tables. Steps from the living area lead you down into the heated swimming pool.

Choose to dine on the vintage berber dining table in the cool patio or at the bohemian rooftop dining area, seating up to 10 people. The large kitchen with stone arches and marble counter, includes a gas cooktop, a large fridge and freezer, a double oven, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine, and all the utensils needed to cook.
BREAKFAST : Moroccan breakfast is included in your stay - from 7am to 11 am

Each of our en-suite bedrooms is uniquely designed but is similar in size.
They feature their own private bathroom with WC and some large closets. Reverse cycle AC for temperature control.

On the rooftop, take a breezy nap on our large sunbeds surrounded by tropical plants, cool off in our jacuzzi and outdoor shower, or enjoy the incredible sunset views from the panoramic dining area and aerial hammock.

Other things to note
1. Capacity and additional guests:
Maximum capacity: The riad can accommodate up to [number] people.
Additional guests: Any request for additional guests must be made in advance and will be considered on a case-by-case basis (additional charges may apply for beds and breakfasts).
2. Riad maintenance:
Self-management: The Riad operates on a self-management basis. Our housekeeper is on hand to prepare breakfast and carry out a daily cleaning service.
Guest responsibility: It is the responsibility of each guest to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness during their stay.
Additional services:
Personal dishes: Personal dishes can be washed on request for an additional fee of 100 DH.
Complete cleaning: For a complete cleaning of the riad, an additional service is available at a rate of 250 DH per day.
3. Linen:
Use: Bath towels are for personal use only.
Replacement costs: Any towel that is irreversibly stained will be charged at 150 MAD for a bath towel and 250 MAD for a bath sheet. Pool towels are provided.
4. Swimming pool:
Supervision: Access to the swimming pool is at the responsibility of each user. Parents are required to supervise their children.
