The space
Your newly remodeled room has a private entrance, king bed with a gorgeous head and foot board, dresser, TV, night stands, lamps, free standing closet and a locking door.
There is a remote control ceiling fan and mini split so you can control the A/C and heat to your comfort level.
Private en suite restroom with a tub/shower combo with a tree caddy for goodies we provide....shampoo, conditioner and body-wash, plus plenty of room for your special items. The medicine cabinet has extra items in case you forget something....toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The closet has bathrobes, sarongs, slippers, wooden hangers, extra towels, blankets, iron and ironing board.
Your room has two windows and double french patio doors opening directly into the lush backyard for plenty of fresh air with venetian blinds for privacy.
We provide cooking options in the kitchenette. There is a Keurig coffee maker and tea with all the fixings.
You have 300 Mbps wireless internet throughout the house and the entire backyard. The covered patio has an outlet you may plug your computer into while you work or play at the table while looking out at the pool, hot tub and lush gardens.
Our maintenance people come on Wednesday & Thursday mornings. The pool, hot tub and fountain are maintained on Wednesday.
Noel is our master of landscape maintenance. He is here around 9:00 on Thursday morning. They are both very friendly.

The Outdoor Living is amazing! The resort like backyard has a lap pool, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, hot tub, outdoor shower, a fire pit with wood, lighting and lush vegetation! No swim suits suits or clothing in the hot tub please.
The Covered Patio has a table with four chairs, a sofa, coffee table, a basket with extra pool towels and numerous plants.
The Kitchenette has a sink, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate and all accessory you need. The refrigerator for guests to store their food and beverages. It also houses your continental breakfast items.
The Open Air Patio has a large table with an umbrella, a small seating area with two chairs and table and the barbecue.
The Front Yard has a large circular driveway and fountain. Please do not hang out in the front yard, on the sidewalk or in the street. Thank you!
We have a lovely 420 friendly area in the back of the yard. Nudity is fine anywhere in the back yard.
Other things to note
We like socializing with guests, but also like to give you your space. We work during the week, so you may not see us often until the weekend. We are nudists and follow AANR rules. We are available in person, by phone or text to answer any questions that may come up before or during your stay. We can also give you recommendations as to activities and restaurants for your enjoyment.
Our Wellness Center is walkable. We offer yoga, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, energy work, and more! UrbanWellnessPhx dot com to schedule an appointment.
10 minute Uber/Lyft ride from airport and 5 minutes to downtown.
Our back yard is clothing optional, so be aware that you may see nudity.
