This lovely room is good for parents with a child. It is small for 3 adults but people have been happy with it. Wonderful walks and spaces. A mile from the road the tudor oast is approached by tree lined drive and bridge dividing lakes. Near Hever castle, Chartwell, Penshurst, Lingfield racecourse and Gatwick airport.

Helen was absolutely lovely at making us feel at home. She showed us around upon arrival, bought us croissants, milk & eggs, and was very helpful. The room was perfect for our needs, stunning views and very comfortable bed! Would definitely stay again.

In our opinion not a suitable Double room, definitely needs updating, Utensils in Kitchen lacking, Access road Awful. Not for us again I'm afraid

Response from Helen:
Nina arrived and covered the shared rooms in her things and took the whole kitchen for granted. She was thoughtless to other guests and at least we agree that we will not meet again. However, I have taken her comments on the kitchen utensils and have updated them.

A very fortunate grandmother of 8. A special needs teacher, farmer and wife - not necessarily all in that order. I love reading and watching films. We have thoroughly enjoyed meeting some very interesting people through Airbnb.
