Welcome to our newly built self contained unit on our Southland sheep farm. You will have your own personal space and private bedroom and bathroom. There is a small kitchen available and a microwave in the unit or if you wish you could head to the nearby Waikaia Hotel which is a 10 minute drive.

The space
We live in a great part of Southland. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of the rural lifestyle while enjoying great views and interacting with the friendly sheep outside your bedroom. We are close to the Mataura and Waikaia rivers for excellent trout fishing. You can also access nice walks at Piano Flat around 25 minutes drive and we are an hour and a halfs drive to Queenstown.

We are in rural Southland and have a magic spot with great views and peace and quiet. We are 30 minutes to Gore 10 minutes to Waikaia and Riversdale and 90 minutes to Queenstown.
