On arrival the property key code provided was wrong so we were had to wait 40 minutes outside. The oven was dirty on arrival and when heated up was burning the residue on the grill and door. The host was in constant contact about check out throughout our stay which we found annoy…

Response from Graham:
DEAR GUEST TO BE - please disregard this rather inaccurate message and review from Hannah. In response. Hannah turned up without the key code. My son turned up about 20 mins later with a key to let them in. No harm done and Hannah made no squit about it until the broken record player dispute began. Hannah actually got a very good deal as I only charged for 4 guests - 3 or 4 more guests turned up which is out of order if I’m honest but hey not a real problem. One of her friends managed to break the needle on the record player. Hannah disputed this but eventually agreed to pay £10 (actual cost to repair it was £25 so I was happy to take a loss in this). After his dispute it was clear Hannah was going to start to make up inaccurate things because she was upset. An unfortunate consequence of raising a dispute in afarid to say. There are no ants in the bathroom - apart from those I guess that were brought in by the guests. The oven gets deep cleaned every fortnight is is due to be cleaned in 3 days. The oven is cleaned before every visit. Lastly - on the Friday night Hannah threw a party until 1am. The house sensor states that guests were still up at 2.30am so Hannah is telling porkies saying they went to bed at 1am. Again unfortunate that she feels she needs to lie again. Overall - Hannah and her friends were respectful during the stay but since they had to pay for the record player damage the tone of the response diminished and she felt it necessary to try to throw mud where mud won’t or cannot stick. All very sad and unfortunate if I’m being honest. Hannah must be watched - I have given her a pretty poor review and rating so that if she stays at future places then at least my fellow Airbnb hosts can be fore-warned and make the correct judgement on whether they allow Hannah to stay. On reflection - I was hasty to allow her to get a discount for this break and I will learn from this. Everyday is indeed a school day. Lol. Now I have been doing this for nearly two years it seems apparent that those guests who try to get a discount more often or not turn out to be the most problematic and disrespectful. Heyhoe we all learn. So - a note to future guests. Please disregard this totally made up and inaccurate review. Hannah was upset and I guess made some bad judgments and decisions. I hope she’ll learn from this too. PLEASE DO LOOK AND READ ALL OF THE ACCURATE REVIEWS. ALL OF WHICH ARE 100% 5 STARS.
