This c.1900 waterside cottage is nestled in the heart of historic St. Andrews--a seaside, fishing village. It's across the street from St Andrews Bay and five blocks to local coffee shops, restaurants, and stores.
This quaint, well-outfitted cottage and courtyard make the perfect salty air retreat.
Cottage comfortably sleeps 4 (one queen bed & queen sofa bed in living room). Ample closet space.
Cable tv + wireless internet is included.
Private access of 3 room, 450 sq foot cottage and its private courtyard. The cottage is fully and NICELY furnished. Kitchenware, linens and portable grill are included.
Shared access to the outdoor shower and carport.
Interaction with guests
We live on site and are available to handle emergencies. But routine interaction is via text or phone. You may also see our caretakers out and about around the property.
Other things to note
A few additional things I'd want to know...
- while a ground level unit, there are a few steps. 3 steps from from front door to courtyard. 1 step from kitchen to living room. Slight elevation from carport to side door.
- while unit sleeps four, please note that you will walk through the living room (second sleeping area) to access the bathroom from the master bedroom (main sleeping area).
- friendly dogs up to 60lbs are welcome!
- no smoking
- clean up after your pets
- pay it forward (basic supplies are left behind for your use, replace anything that runs out)

The military brought this east coast boy, his military wife and two puppies to Cheyenne. Gianni loved his time in Cheyenne and took up hunting, snowboarding, and home renovation. Even though the military has sent them on to new adventures, they continue to own their Cheyenne home and enjoy renting it out to great folks passing through.
Gianni works from home and is happy to chat with you about the house or questions related to Cheyenne. Be careful what you ask for though ... he's a talker!
