Located nearby both Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, and interstate 95 this city row house is an ideal location for anyone who is looking to experience all that Baltimore city has to offer.

The space

The room is the entire third floor of my home. It has a full built in closet, plenty of table space, comfortable seating, television with Netflix, and lots of space. A couch with a coffee table provides a comfortable area to work if need be. The couch is also a fold out bed.

Guest access

You will have access to your room, the main living area on the first floor, the kitchen, and bathrooms in the house. If needed you can also use the laundry in the basement.

Interaction with guests

I will tend to stay out of your way, but will be in the main living area to watch TV and cook. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask.

Other things to note

I have a security system that will be armed when I am not at home. The access code to the front door will disarm the system when you enter. I also have a dog named Macie. She is a lab mix, about 70 pounds. She is not aggressive, but will bark because she is scared. She will warm up to you quickly and can easily be bought with treats.

The space is much bigger than I thought it was. I only saw patrick when I checked in, as we had different schedules. Ihad a lot of privacy and felt as though I could come and go as I pleased without issue. I would definitely stay again.

Staying at Patrick’s was a great experience. The apt is clean, the bed comfy, and his dog macie is adorable. Super convenient location for those going to the hospital or convention center. It’s not in the most happening part of Baltimore, but it’s perfect for a quick visit. Patrick was really flexible and understanding about check-in and check-out. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Patrick's place is well located. A 15 minute walk to the convention center where my conference was. On my way to the convention center in the mornings of my stay I stopped to get chai from a cozy cafe neighborhood cafe. Dinner options were available a block away. The bed was very comfortable, and if it was a warmer time of year I would have loved to take advantage of the porch. Patrick is considerate, responsive and easy going. Would stay again.

My stay was excellent. Very clean with a comfy bed, couch, TV with Roku (or something similar), closet with hangers, comfy chair. You get the entire third floor of the town house. Very easy access to the town house via an electronic pad lock. Highly recommended.

Great little hands-off place to stay. I was in late and out early, so I didn't interact much with Patrick, but I was able to get in and out on my own and didn't have any issues with the place. When I communicated with Patrick, he was prompt. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. Having a small, top floor to myself was nice as well. If you're not great at interacting with animals, you'd probably be spooked by his big dog, which barks at you when you come in. But the dog is also super scared of you, so it's not dangerous or anything. And Patrick has treats for you to try and win the dog over. Also, know that the bathroom is on the second floor and you are on the third, so you'll have to make trips up and down stairs for that.

Patrick's place is a cozy 3rd floor "living area" in a classic rowhome that includes a bed, TV, desk, couch, and balcony. Although there is no door (the stairway to the 3rd floor is blocked off by a curtain), I felt that the space was private. The bed is extremely comfortable, and there is even Netflix available. One minor issue was that I found the wi-fi to be a bit slow, but as I was not staying around the apartment much, this wasn't much of a concern for me. The apartment is within brief walking distance of the University of Maryland Medical Center. I would definitely stay here again!
