The space
Hear the sound of the Noon Gun everyday from this newly renovated self
catering studio apartment with up market finishes and fittings. Situated in the beautiful Gardens area offering magnificent views of the city bowl,
harbour, Signal Hill, ocean and distant mountains. The night life of the trendy Long and Kloof Streets are just around the corner. Making this Gardens vacation accommodation an ideal venue for both couples looking for a romantic get away, as well as business people needing to be close to the CBD.

This luxurious and spacious unit offers a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath. It also has a fully equipped open plan kitchen with oven and hob. The kitchen is equipped with everything required for home cooking, although I doubt you will be taking advantage of this as the top restaurants in the vicinity, as well as V&A Waterfront, which is just around the corner, have so much to offer.

This wonderful unit sleeps two persons privately as well as having a double sleeper couch for accommodating a further adult or child non privately. Quality linen and towels are provided. The unit is also equipped with a flat screen plasma television including DSTV (satellite television) and a DVD/CD player.

You will not get more conveniently situated than this to ensure
a hassle free and relaxing holiday, as the unit is located on the 16th floor above the vibey "Gardens Shopping Centre". With more than 5 restaurants to choose from including the wonderful German butchery/restaurant, Pick 'n Pay, Woolworths Food (UKs equivalent of Marks and Spencers), DVD store, an internet cafe, 2x laundromats as well as other up market shops, your entertainment and convenience is on hand without even needing to get into your car.

This apartment is very conveniently situated on both the Red City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off bus service as well as the MyCiti bus route making transport to all the attractions extremely easy if you do not have your own transport.

Wi-Fi is included and secure indoor parking is available on request and for your own account.

Not only is your every need catered for within the centre, the other most
popular attractions of Cape Town are on your doorstep, some of which
include:
- Cape Town International Airport approx. 23km away
- Cape Town International Convention Centre approx. 4km awa(URL HIDDEN)Waterfront within 3km
- Table Mountain Cable Car within 4km
- Clifton/Camps Bay beaches within 8km
- The Cape Quarter 3km away

The shopping centre and entrance to the apartment are accessed from the parking garage via lifts and have 24 hour manned security.

The apartment block itself has its own private access which is security controlled as well as there being a security desk for guests to sign in at for any visitors.

Secure indoor parking is available should you need it and can be rented from the Advance office in the parking garage at either a monthly or a daily rate.
Secure parking rates are:
Indoor/Rooftop - R650 p/m
Daily rate: R50 per day

Other things to note
The open-plan apartment consists of kitchen, breakfast and living room areas, double bed and a double sleeper couch as well as a walk-in closet area and a separate bathroom with shower. There is a flat-screen TV with full DSTV programming, an entertainment centre with DVD/CD and iPod docking station to keep you entertained during your stay.

Probably the best thing about the apartment (other than the view) is its location. Three elevators give quick access to all of the amenities of the Gardens Centre, including restaurants, high-end shops, supermarkets, internet cafe, laundry, banks, travel agents, and more. There is also a doctor's office, dentist and a beauty salon on the Mezzanine floor of the apartment tower. There are a couple of laundry services in the building with same day service and many other great features to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

To top all this is the location to all the night spots of Cape Town being right on your doorstep and to make you feel even more secure there is access control as well as 24-hour manned security for the building.

The Gardens Centre apartments have Wi-Fi, with routers on every floor, so the reception is very good. Rates are R20 for 200MB, R50 for 500MB, R70 for 1GB, R140 for 2GB, etc.

This apartment has some of the best views in Cape Town thanks to its location. As they say location, location, location is all that counts and you couldn't get better positioned in Gardens /Oranjezicht to access all that Cape Town and surrounds has to offer then Gardens 1604. Whether it be Table Mountain, beaches, night life, shops, wine lands, they are all right on your doorstep.

It is so wonderful living in this very special city, Cape Town, so what a pleasure to be able share a little slice of paradise with anyone who is lucky enough to be visiting. Then on top of it we are able to share our incredibly special space in Pringle Bay with other people as well, this truly is a one of a kind Overberg gem that is very dear to our hearts and an absolute must to unwind at. I just enjoy seeing other people enjoy what we have on a full time basis, very blessed.
