I stayed at the Red Rock Asrama for several nights while I worked at the Sedona Yoga Festival. The room was exactly as advertised. Nistha and Dasarath were outstanding hosts.

Our experience with Nistha and the Asrama was fantastic. When we were shown to our room (Pink Room), we found that every detail was taken care of. Very clean, plenty of towels, and even some orange juice, bread, and jelly in the fridge. We participated in the Diwali Festival of Lights event here as well and each had a very enlightening experience. Overall, this has been a very peaceful, spiritually uplifting, and rewarding visit. Our amazing experience in Sedona was truly made by the hospitality we received here.

Nistha was a great host. She is very sweet and works from the heart to accomodate your needs and make your Sedona experience truely memorable. Hiking is within walking distance and the Asrama provides natural spring water. The Asrama is very clean and quiet. Their reading material and temple is perfect for the spiritually minded.

I grew up in the Fl. Keys. I moved to Az in 2010. I live in Sedona, Az. I am married and a volunteer for the Sedona center of Vedic culture. I am the hostess and asrama manager for the the center's Red Rock Asrama. I like to study ancient Indian religion and culture.
I have a talking pet Alexandrine Parakeet and look after a small but growing herd of Nigerian dwarf dairy goats. We practise Ahimsa, raising the animals with honor and affection. In return we get to have fresh milk and make cheese and ice cream. Three livestock protection dogs live with the goats and bravely ward off the coyotes at night.
I enjoy travel, reading, nature, animals, and children. Before the recession, I worked in private homes, care facilities, and a charter school. I was a nursing assistant and a behavior assistant, caring for and teaching individuals with special needs.
I love being able to share my life style as a hostess on Air BnB and enjoy getting the chance to make new friends from all over the globe!
